My name is Christina and I am a symptom of the early 90s: Saturday morning cartoons, colourful diabetic-inducing cereals, split-screen gaming, Goosebumps and terrible cheesy game-shows.
To the surprise of absolutely nobody, I grew up to be a comic-loving, artistic, cartoon-consuming boardgame enthusiast - and most recently - a programmer.
To the actual surprise of yours truly, I was hired to be a teacher.
I am paid to talk about things I love on a daily basis to people who are eager to listen. I have a lot of fun trying to come up with new ways to introduce people to the world of programming - be it with doodles, anecdotes or simple examples.
I also like to make silly little browser games.
It occured to me that I’m probably not the only person like this, so I’m here to share some insight on my workflow and offer some tips getting started in the realm of totally useless HTML5 games.
